Oh! I'll bet the line drawing function can create a cool graphic of how bands evolve their sound! Enter Shikari is a band that goes all over the place so they'd be fun to start with. I also want to do a graph for Gorillaz eventually.

Enter Shikari

How I found this band

"Wanna hear what I'm listening to? It's called electronicore."

We sat together on a bus headed towards a snowboarding hill, borrowing 1 half of my friends earbuds, music in one ear, I heard the song "Sorry, you're not a winner" by Enter Shikari. WAIT- Trance and Metalcore can be combined?? I kept up with this band, each new song escaped their studio like science experiment with a mind of its own. Now, I'm tracking the path through genres that this band took.

The book "How to Steal Like an Artist" by Austin Kleon gives that advice.

That means, finding out who Enter Shikari is influenced by, and then tracing that influence back further and further. I'm not going to do that.

I'm going to look at their evolution instead.
